Next Step Law Design works closely with a Trial Consultant or your firm to produce the most effective demonstratives. We gather the written descriptions, photos, sketches, and documents provided for each trial, mediation, or focus group. After reviewing all the information, we begin to put the information into concise visual aids for review. After several revisions between trial consultants and attorneys, we deliver final demonstratives either in a PDF format or to the printer of choice. Demonstratives are provided in a timely fashion for any mediation, trial, or focus group.
